Free FedEx 2Day Shipping

Von Diamonds provides complimentary 2Day FedEx shipping for all orders in the United States. For security purposes, a signature is required upon delivery. Our jewelry is either in-stock or made-to-order. Check the product detail page after customization to see the Estimated Ship Date. Once the order is complete, it will ship via FedEx 2Day service at no cost to you. Expedited shipping is available for an extra charge at checkout. Please note electing FedEx Priority Overnight® will not affect the time that it takes to create and process your order. 

In-Stock Items

  • In stock items ship within 1-2 business days via FedEx 2Day shipping.
  • Overnight shipping is available for an additional charge, but processing may still take 2 days before the order ships.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order ships. 

Made-to-Order Items

  • Made-to-order items may take up to 2 weeks to create and ship.
  • The Estimated Ship Date is provided on the product detail page and throughout the order process.
  • Orders typically ship on or before the estimated date, but some may ship slightly later depending on manufacturing times and quality control.
  • Made-to-order items ship via FedEx 2Day at no cost to you.
  • Overnight shipping is available for an additional charge, but processing may still take 2 weeks before the order ships.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order ships. 

Shipping Policies

  • A signature is required for all deliveries.
  • We do not ship to P.O. box addresses, we can only ship to physical addresses.
  • For security purposes, your shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been placed.
  • Once your order ships, we are unable to redirect your package to a different address.
  • FedEx will generally make three (3) attempts to deliver your package. After the third attempt, it will be delivered back to Von Diamonds. We will contact you to determine next steps.
  • Risk of loss and title of the item passes to you, the customer, upon our delivery to the carrier.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather, carrier delays, incorrect address, or updated address information.
